I received my training at Pima Community College, I received an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage 1000 hr. program. My area of work is Orthopedic massage which focuses on upper body, lower body conditions including pelvic stabilization and neck/shoulder/forearm/hand & wrist complications. I am certified as a corrective exercise specialist which includes corrective stretches for short and locked muscles and corrective exercises for straightening weak, over stretched muscles.
I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself through therapeutic massage. My goals are continuing education with lymphatic drainage and massage cupping.
I enjoy gardening & the outdoors. We have a beautiful, large family and enjoy our small ranch in the country.
